- Do you mean by 'the latest software' the firmware in your modems? If
- so this could be a major source of your problems. I have >600 MT1432MR's
- and 300 soon to be 400 MT2834MR's on line. From day 1 AT&T and Rockwell
- chipsets have had problems with the way v.34 was implemented by each
- manufacturer.. Each firware upgrade I've done has made a noticeable
- increase in reliable connections with all different types of modems
- and chipsets. MultiTech tech support is very good and should help.
- If they don't have an answer ask them to escalate your problem to
- a 2nd level techie.
